Refund policy
Concerning All Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
We accept returns of Tyger Fit Lab mats within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, subject to reasonable inspection.

Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated by us in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In certain cases, we may choose to provide a return shipping label or reimburse return shipping at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable digital products, and any items expressly marked as Final Sale on the product page at the time of purchase. Discounted pricing alone does not make an item final sale unless clearly stated.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale Items
Discounted pricing on Tyger Fit Lab mats does not by itself make those mats final sale unless expressly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Concerning the Digital Book: Science and Programming for Suspended Exercises and Elastic Bands
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital books, downloadable content, and other digital goods are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer.

, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
If a duplicate purchase was made in error, or if the digital product was not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the issue and determine whether a refund, replacement, or account credit is appropriate.
Concerning the Science and Programming for Suspended Exercises and Elastic Bands Course
For the Registrants can cancel and receive a full refund up to two weeks prior to the course event. All registrants are eligible to change their registration from one course date to another up to one week prior to the originally registered course event. Any registration rescheduling requests made within one week of the originally registered course event are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Registrants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a $50 fee. All requests must be emailed to jcurley@tygermat.com.
Any registrant missing 160 minutes or more of the course will be ineligible to receive a Certification of Completion and Continuing Educations Units. No refund or units, whether partial or whole will be provided to any such registrant.
