Shipping policy
All orders placed on TygerMat.com are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving payment. Processing time may be slowed when we are closed for holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of order, order processing may be delayed.
All physical items (ex. Tyger Mat) are typically shipped with FedEx, UPS or DHL, with regular ground shipping, or by what is selected by the customer on the website. Tracking is provided after the order ships. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address associated with the order. Expedited shipping is not available.
All digital items and services associated with the "Mastering Tyger Mat Science" course are emailed directly to the customer. Some portions are emailed within two days of purchase, while the remaining portions are emailed within 2 days of the customer-selected course date, and carried out and completed by the end of the course date.
Tyger Mat will ship their physical products and send their digital products anywhere in the world.
Tyger Mat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please decline the shipment and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
