The best mat ever

Love my mat It helps me see my progress as to how far I can position me feet
without bein afraid that I'm goin to fall. AND it doesn't move, most important, when I do
my side lunges, or jumping..Perfect-a-mundo :)

Can't Imagine Using TRX without it

I've used the TRX at the gym and at home and didn't realise how much foot slippage and fear of falling was holding me back. This mat is truly non slip and means you can complete your exercises with precision and confidence. I didn't think I would be bothered with the measurements on the mat but they are so helpful for checking foot position and noting progress. I am now using this mat with PT clients and I look so much more professional and love the confidence I can see it is giving clients too.
Customer service was fantastic, James answered all my queries and even gave advice on best places for TRX exercises and kept me in the loop re. delivery. Delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Once you've tried it you will wish you had bought it sooner. (I don't think I've ever written such a raving positive review lol)

Makes keeping track of TRX progressions a breeze. Could be wider and fractional lines for more precise exercise tracking would make it even better.
